Hi Stephanie, We’re sorry to hear about your experience—this isn’t the impression we want to leave. I do want to clarify that our location is open until 10:00 PM, not 11:00 PM, and we do our best to stay consistent with those posted hours. If we missed that mark at any point, we’d want to look into it. Regarding the app issue, what you’re describing sounds like a pending authorization rather than a completed charge. When an order doesn’t fully transmit, the system can place a temporary hold that typically releases within a few days. I understand how frustrating that can feel, and we’re happy to help guide you on how to resolve that more quickly if it happens again. As for communication, we take that seriously. It’s never our intent to make a guest feel ignored or put our team in the middle. We’ll address that internally.
