I had a very disappointing and extremely disrespectful experience today at the Subway branch on Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Road The employee who served me, named Jack, was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome as a customer from the beginning. I was simply asking normal questions about the available flavors and sauces because I wanted to understand the options before placing my order. Instead of answering politely and helping me choose, he seemed annoyed by my questions and acted as if he just wanted me to finish my order and leave as quickly as possible. Every time I chose something, his response was basically, “What else? What else?” in a very dismissive and impatient manner, as if he was trying to rush me and get rid of me as quickly as possible. When I asked him about the taste of one of the sauces, instead of explaining it to me, he told me to “read” what was written there. I explained that I could read the name, but I was asking what the sauce actually tasted like. He then asked me if I wanted to try it. I genuinely thought that perhaps Subway allowed customers to try a small sample of a sauce before choosing it, so I asked him if I was actually allowed to try it. His response was completely inappropriate and shocking. He took out the sauce bottle, told me to open my hand so he could pour the sauce directly into my hand for me to taste, and started laughing at me I did not find this funny at all. It felt disrespectful, mocking, and completely unacceptable. When I confronted him and told him that this was not something to laugh about, I asked to speak to his manager. Even then, he continued laughing and casually called out in English, “Manager, can you come?” as if the entire situation was a joke At one point, I clearly told Jack to stop speaking to me because I no longer wanted to communicate with him and preferred to speak directly with the manager. Instead of respecting my request and stepping away, he told me, “Shut your mouth.” I was honestly shocked that an employee would speak to a customer in such a disrespectful and offensive way. No customer should ever be spoken to like this under any circumstances, especially after asking to speak with management I explained the entire situation to the manager and asked to communicate with the Area Manager because I felt that the employee’s behavior was completely unacceptable. I was told that they would handle the situation and that Jack would apologize to me. However, he never actually apologized At that point, I no longer wanted to continue with my order and wanted to cancel it because the entire experience had made me extremely uncomfortable. The staff asked me to please take the order, so I eventually did, but I still paid for the entire order myself. There was no meaningful gesture to address what had happened, and most importantly, there was no sincere apology from the employee responsible for this behaviour I am not writing this review because of a simple mistake, nor because I expect special treatment. I am writing it because every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect and dignity. Asking questions about ingredients, flavors, or sauces is completely normal, and employees working in customer service should be prepared to answer those questions politely without making customers feel rushed, stupid, unwelcome, or mocked Being laughed at, being told to taste sauce directly from my hand as a joke, and then being told “Shut your mouth” when I asked the employee to stop speaking to me is completely unacceptable behavior from anyone working in customer service I sincerely hope that Subway management and the management responsible for this particular branch take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and take appropriate action. This kind of behavior does not represent the level of professionalism and customer service that customers should expect from an international brand like Subway I hope that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that no other customer has to experience this kind of disrespectful treatment in the future Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently ordered takeaway from this Subway branch, and overall it was a very good experience. I have tried Subway many times before, and it has always been consistently delicious and enjoyable.
