I visited Around 1 in the morning to buy something to eat that is near to shumessi hospital this is not my first time ordering food in subway and I went inside staff he is a race of an african I asked him pls give me teriyaki chicken but double hot the chicken as u see its winter and most of the time I ordered from subway the chicken is not hot as always. And he told me he will do but he did not double hot it and I reminded him again i need you to double hot but he said he doesn’t have any option well in-fact a few days back i ordered the same order and The one who assisted me is the manager and he does what I requested and next i asked him to put avocado and this time he told me to add extra three(3) riyals. For avocado and I asked him what? And why? Last time i ordered here and I asked him your manager to put avocado and he does do it and never added extra riyals. And he said its A company policies. And i said how is this happening Im always coming here since the day u opened this branch and U asked me for 3 riyals extra. This is the complete scenario Please remind them. And you know what when I get back to hospital I asked someone to put it on microwave because its not hot ot nor a warm on it Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
