I placed an online order and was told once I got to the restaurant at 4:20pm that they had no more meatballs for the day. When I asked to refund my order I was told that I had to contact customer service online and that they could not help me in store with a refund or change of order. I have went online and submitted several complaints on the order and have not been contacted. I want a refund for the items that I was not able to get at the business. Also I was told through the chat that I was suppose to have the manager give me a refund or help me with this issue. The worker in store didnt seem to care about helping, he was only focused on taking the subs he already made home incase I didn’t want those either. I just want my money back and subway should rethink not having a manager on duty or available for customer complaints. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone after my experience.
