I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. I placed an order through the Subway app using a deal that was available to me, and I paid for the order using my phone. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I was informed that my order had been cancelled. Despite this, I had still been charged for the order. I approached the manager to explain the situation and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, rather than helping me resolve the issue, he raised his voice at me and continued to speak to me in a rude and aggressive manner. The situation became even more unacceptable when I was shown the receipt for my cancelled order. The manager shoved the receipt towards my face while continuing to raise his voice at me. He then threw my food down in front of me and threatened to kick me out of the shop. He told me to eat my food and leave. I found the manager’s behaviour extremely disrespectful and intimidating, especially considering that I was simply trying to resolve an issue with an order that had been cancelled while I had still been charged. I would like this incident to be investigated and would appreciate an explanation as to why I was treated in this manner. I would also like the issue regarding the charge for my cancelled order to be resolved. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £1–10

Parth and his staff are so pleasant and nice. Very helpful with food and very fast service. Great to speak to, whilst waiting. Go out of their way to help. Always recommend to friends who are in the area. Well done guys Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

THE BEST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD YOU SHOULD ALL BUY THIS SUBWAY. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAYS BESIDES THIS ONE. SERVICE AMAZING, HAD LOVELY CHATS AND THE FOOD IS JUST AMAZING.
