I will not be coming here again. I was verbally harassed by one of the employees. I placed an online order and walked in right at the same time I placed the order. The worker told me to sit down, and I said I didn’t mind standing. He then got passive aggressive, repeatedly telling me to sit. After handing me my food, he called me out for it, saying it was weird. I told him again that I didn’t mind, but he insisted it was awkward and kept being offensive about the fact that I didn’t sit. He made the entire situation uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back. The employee was a white male, and I placed my order at 5:44 pm while walking in. Please review your surveillance footage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chiming in with all the other reviews here—this location is AMAZINGLY stingy on the ingredients. I’ve been basically surviving on Protein Pockets for the past two months. The one I got from this place was, no exaggeration, half the size of any previous one I’ve ever had. I mentioned this and was immediately shot down, with the dude saying that was definitely the size they’re supposed to be. I got it anyway and then asked for a water cup and was told they don’t do free water. Awful location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I placed an order using the Subway app. I live in Spanaway, but work in Seattle. I placed a pickup order at this location accidentally because I forgot to change the address. I tried calling the 4 times to let them know what happened. Couldn't leave a voicemail because the voicemail hasn't been set up.
