Subway should get ahold of this location, while yes the food was fresh.. the prices are more inflated than I've ever seen. I dont understand how they are allowed to put whatever prices they want on the food, 4 6in sandwiches with 2 chips and 2 drinks should absolutely not be $70 ridiculous! Plus putting an out of order sign to keep customers from using the restrooms should be illegal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I genuinely do not understand how this place is still in business. I was given an incorrectly made online pickup order and brought it back hoping for a refund or at least some sort of resolution, but was met with an extremely dismissive and unhelpful employee. He repeatedly walked away while I was trying to explain the issue and ultimately claimed he did “not know how to do a refund” after implying that I was asking for money out of his own personal finances. I was then told I could just “take off what I don’t like,” which completely defeats the purpose of paying to build my own sandwich in the first place. To make matters worse, the store phone number printed on the receipt is also out of service, making it impossible to contact anyone for help. Extremely disappointing customer service, but that doesn’t seem to be anything new with this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a footlong and asked for 2 sides of mayo since I didn’t get condiments on my sandwich. The employee working told me it is about $5 extra for another side of mayo. Is this for real??? If so, this is terrible!! I’d love for the owner to reach out in regards to this. Also, terrible customer service. The young guy working was extremely overwhelmed making 3 sandwiches for pick up. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
