Had a really good experience at Subway in Smithers! The staff were friendly, patient, and made my order exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, ingredients looked fresh, and service was quick even during a busy time. It’s nice to see a place where the employees stay positive and professional. Definitely a reliable stop if you’re craving a fresh sandwich in Smithers Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible customer service. Way too expensive compared to other subways and they charged me for a full meal, when all i had was a sub and drink. I tried talking about it but I was ignored. So I left. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff with zero personality,Lousy service, bad management, worse owner. Lies about health issues, reality was he had rats and mice crawling all over the food. Even after clear proof, still tried to claim it was fake, then proceeded to claim the shut down was over an oven... While Orkin was parked right outside the door. I'll never eat here again. Absolutely disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
