The employees welcomed me with a bright hello. They took the time out to explain the current specials. They were also patient when I was confused about some things. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered on the app, arrived 5 minutes after I received the "order complete" notification. Waited 8 minutes while they finished making sandwiches for customers, then they said "sorry, we are busy and we haven't made your yet". I showed them the confirmation but they responded "sorry, we've been busy". They proceeded to make a sandwich, handed it to me and I responded "that's not my order, I ordered 3 sandwiches and chips". They looked at the orders that had been sitting there for almost 15 minutes, found mine and then finally handed it to me. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was just in here and I only ordered two sandwiches and both were made wrong. The older gentlemen taking my order was incredibly rude and incompetent. I specifically had to tell him what went on my sandwiches by reading the ingredients from the menu. He was also rude to his fellow coworkers and did not toast my sandwich after I specifically asked him to. I will not be returning to this subway. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
