They are cutting the bottom line somewhere and it's apparently with the employee standards and lettuce (asked for extra, barely got any). The last 3 times we have been to this location, something is either missing or wrong. Wrong bread, missing pepperoni from pepperoni and meatball subs, this time, there was no meat on the sandwich at all. My daughter had to drive back to get it fixed since they will not answer their phones. The girl behind the counter didn't even offer an apology. She stated that she misread the order and that they can't keep up with the large orders. Mind you, we had 3 sandwiches, 2 people in front of us and they had 4 people working at the time. Stop giving money to establishments who do not care enough about the customer to even offer an apology and only offer excuses. As apparently I can't call the store and complain. I was in about 10:30 p.m. last night (Sunday April 5th) ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was stale, the onion crunch toppings I had them put on there were stale and now I've been sick all day so I'm assuming the chicken or bacon was also bad! I choose Subway because it's supposed to be fresh ingredients and after spending $20 on a meal for one person you don't expect to be sick or things to be not fresh Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
