I consistently have an exceptional experience every time I visit this Subway location. Kempdisa, the manager, truly stands out—she greets every customer with a warm spirit and a welcoming smile that immediately makes you feel welcome. Even as early mornings, as she's opening the store, she remains polite, patient, and takes the time to personally assist with my order without ever making me feel rushed. What sets her apart is her genuine care for both her customers and her team. She leads by example, maintaining a calm, positive attitude even during busy moments, and ensuring that every guest receives the same high level of service. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence do not go unnoticed. The restaurant is always clean, fresh, and fully stocked, creating a consistently pleasant environment. Her staff mirrors her professionalism—they are friendly, attentive, and clearly well-trained, which reflects her outstanding leadership. Managers like Kempdisa are rare and truly deserve recognition. She is an asset to this location and the company as a whole, and she makes every visit a great experience. I hope this review reaches corporate so they will know of the star they have running their company. I am a very satisfied customer!!!! -Stacy Nesmith Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was watered down. Had little to no flavor even after adding all the veggies, oil and vinegar Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: The staff was extremely friendly, very nice and polite, young ladies. However, the food lack flavor, even after adding mayonnaise all in vinegar there was no flavor to the meat itself. and I ordered a rotisserie wrap and ended up throwing it away.
