I went to Subway a Two weeks ago and I was overcharged for my sandwich and the lady working was new. It was her first week so I don’t blame her and she said she’d give me a refund and I’ve contacted them every 2 to 3 days to say I haven’t got my refund and they keep on telling me to wait but it’s been two weeks now I’ve even tried to contact The owner and she Won’t return my calls. I got a protein pocket which is $3 and a combo and I was charged for a whole sub and it made my total 17 almost Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We were so very disappointed in the both bathrooms! I could not even close the door in the women's bathroom, so I went to the men's, since no one else was there, now we know why, anyway, the men's bathroom had NO WAY TO WASH YOUR HANDS! This should be unacceptable as a manager or owner of this establishment, and needless to say they were both dirty. The girl at the counter was very nice, washed her hands and was wearing gloves, other than that, I highly recommend that you repair your bathrooms, maybe you will get more customers. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
