Went tonight (4/21/2026) around 6pm. Incredible hard-working guys there. Even though they were slammed at the time with orders, still great taste once I got it home! Just wanted to make sure they know they did a great job tonight! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve gone to 3 other subways since the protein pockets have been out. This was the first one that wouldn’t let me substitute American cheese for the provolone. Stating absolutely no substitutions whatsoever. I stated I’ve been to 3 others from here to Tennessee over the past two weeks and haven’t had any problems substituting ingredients including sauce and/or vegetables. The lady said no substitutions! I said, then I need to change my order, when in my opinion, she copped a nasty attitude and was very rude and short. This will be my first and last time at this location. Customer service totally was unacceptable. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
