Placed an order online on the app & said it was ready for pickup, just for them to say when I got there that it didn’t come through on their end and they weren’t willing to make anything right, had all the transaction details as well for them. Horrible customer service & clearly management is incompetent as ever. “The customer is always right” ever heard that phrase? That’s how you save a customer but you lost out on one. I was visiting town and they closed about 30 minutes early on 5/1/26. I'm not sure why they closed early but it was an inconvenience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude the need to hire a new manager

The manager messed up my order the instead of taking the blame for her own mess up blamed me ofcourse this is all after I paid and went through drive in and added no tip. It's a Subway they get paid hourly so I didn't think she would be horrible because I did not tip. Then she refused to remake it I had to argue then when she did remake it left tbe meat off the extra I paid for in Avacodos. So I turned back around marched it up to her counter and told her take it back give me a refund. No apology just a nasty behavior and attitude, refused to give me a full refund
