I don’t know how someone managed to make a sandwich that slow. The two guys working there were literally moving in slow motion. The guy who served me didn’t speak he just pointed in the direction of the food. We walked into the store at 6:00 and left at 6:53, there was only 2 ladies in front of us. Never in my life have i waited an hour for a six inch sandwich. A lady came in maybe 10 minutes after me for an online order, and they didn’t even start it until we left. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I have genuinely never left a review before in my life, but this place finally pushed me over the edge. Word on the street is that this is a bad store and after this visit, I can confirm the rumours are not exaggerated. I ordered a sub and was handed something that belonged in a museum. This thing was so dry it started crumbling like an ancient manuscript. One bite in and my saliva officially resigned. I was told this masterpiece was made by the manager, which is deeply concerning, because if this is the standard of leadership here, the team never had a fighting chance. What’s more serious than the food was the state of the store. The place felt outright unhygienic. The floors had that sticky-but-you-didn’t-spill-anything vibe, surfaces looked neglected, and the whole environment made you question basic food safety standards. Not exactly what you want when you’re ordering something to eat. To top it off, the manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. The entire experience felt less like visiting Subway and more like a live-action social experiment designed to test how much disrespect and poor hygiene a paying customer will tolerate. This isn’t just a bad sandwich it’s a management problem. Ownership or head office seriously needs to step in, because whatever’s happening here is damaging the brand. woman behind counter was rude.no hello couldn't get our order right to busy staring out side. we come to pay she over charged us $8.43 She stated the teriyaki,pineapple & redbeet was not part of the deal. I informed the woman we had been here three times and never paid $28.43. I stated the owner gives us this deal her remark was well im not her with a smirky attitude. won't be back Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
