We came into Sudden Sally next to our hotel in Banff and somehow ended up with Craig...a Manchester legend disguised as a bartender in the Canadian Rockies. Craig isn’t just pouring drinks; he’s running a one-man comedy show in the hotel courtyard. Always ready for a chat, always armed with a great recommendation, and guaranteed to make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years (even if you’ve only just walked in). Between the laughs, the banter, and the solid advice on what to drink and where to go, Craig made Sudden Sally feel less like the local we accidentally found thousands of miles from home. Top bloke. Top server. If you’re in Banff, go find Craig. Just don’t let him convince you Manchester is better than the Rockies. Meal type: Other Price per person: $40–50
