I came to Rajshahi after quite a long time—haven’t really been here since 2020! Anyway, many familiar families live here. So I took my nephew out for lunch. Although there were options like Kacchi Bhai and Kacchi Dine, when it comes to kacchi biryani, Sultan Dine has always been my top choice. However, I didn’t have any prior experience in Rajshahi. As soon as I went in, I noticed the space was quite limited and it was extremely crowded. There wasn’t a single empty table. Even the handwashing area seemed a bit unclean. After finally getting a table, we had to wait about 35 minutes for the food! That said, the food quality was decent—no complaints there. We ordered a 1:2 portion for 799 BDT. Including two borhanis and water, the total bill came to 1005 BDT. So if you plan to visit, please keep these points in mind: limited space and slow service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ৳1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: No Dietary restrictions: No options

Went there for their Beef chap and Polao package. Sitting arrangement planning was not good in my opinion, the tables were really close to each other which has an impact on the privacy. The servers and the management seemed very ignorant to their guests, meaning they didn’t care much about who’s coming and going. Nobody came to take order even after 10 minutes despite calling. It also took a while for the food to arrive. The polao seemed too oily for my tastebuds, the beef chap was very salty and lacked flavor, also the meat quality wasn’t up to the mark. The polao was very less for 1 person, wouldn’t be a bad deal if the food was good, which wasn’t. It was a really surprising experience for me about how poor their quality became both of their food and service, which concluded it might be my last visit to them. I liked the kacchi quite a bit. The rice was fluffy and the balance of spices was not bad. The meat was soft, easy to cut and eat – although it would have been nice if it was a little more spicy. The environment is clean, but there is a lot of ganjam and you have to wait a while to get the jaiga. All in all, I didn't find it too bad.
