Laura, you’re right to be disappointed—your experience at Sumo Sushi & Bento sounds frustrating from start to finish. Serving appetizers first and then keeping you waiting for drinks and additional dishes long enough that you couldn’t eat was not the experience you should’ve had. I’m especially sorry the gyoza was the best part and the ramen and sushi didn’t match what you expected—watery broth, bland flavor, and sushi that tasted old and fell apart. On top of that, forgetting your second main dish and then the long stretch of waiting in silence is unacceptable.
