Had dinner here because it was one of the least crowded restaurants at that time. The servers were attentive and nice. I liked the firmness of the agedashi tofu and the large slices of salmon sashimi. My only comment is that the omurice was not authentic because the egg was too dry, it was more like a tapsilog. But I’d love to go back for other dishes.

So last night my friends and I dined in at Sumo Sam GB3. This branch. And I would really say we had a bad service although this was catered by the manager on duty or on the heads swiftly. Our orders took more than 15 mins to be served as promised to us. I think we ordered around 6:45 pm then out food got served around 7:20 to 7:30pm and they did not even remember what they have not served. We ordered salmon sashimi but it came last and we had to follow it up a couple of times. Other tables food arrived to think we were on the customers who even arrived first. They were really slow, the servers were very inattentive. And we had to follow up our orders again and again, if not they would not even serve it. Super disappointed. I ate in other sumo sam branches already but i must say the reason why this Gb3 is always empty because I can attest the service is really bad and disappointing. I have tried in Cebu city branch long time before and I don’t remember any bad experience. I hope management will fix the GB3 Makati service aspect. Also some of the food were too sweet like the sauces are really sweet that now I have a really bad sore throat.
