This is a picture of their breakfast burrito, which is supposed to have "scrambled eggs, black beans, Jack cheese, flour, tortilla, salsa, and guacamole." The burrito was %80 eggs and %20 beans. When I asked for salsa and guacamole the host said the kitchen was out. The only reason this review isn't one star is because I've had very good food here in the past.

The layout of the restaurant and how you get your food is not too confusing, it's the cashier who made it terrible. I go up and order egg, cheese, and avacado on sourdough with an orange juice. I don't hear anyone call out our number for about 15 minutes. I was sort of expecting that I'd get the drink within a few minutes. I then go up and ask for my food about 25 minutes later and it's a wrap with ham in it. I look at the receipt and see he put breakfast wrap, so I go up and wait 10 minutes for the cashier to give it back. He blames the mistake on the cooks and is being pretty rude. I then mention that I still haven't gotten the orange juice. He leaves for 5 minutes, then comes back and pours it, then leaves it on the counter behind the register where I can't reach it, and leaves for another 5 minutes. ??? The food itself was pretty bleh, did not come on sourdough just a little slice of white bread. There's definitely better breakfast places in Madison, don't waste your time here.

Located in a small nook on the upper floor of a tiny building on State Street, the Sunroom Cafe is known for their breakfast. We walked in and ordered at the counter. They call you up once your food is ready and you take it back to your seat. Other than that, you'll have to grab your own silverware and water. The service is minimal, but they are fairly friendly. My tortilla scrambled was delicious. Great hot sauce and guacamole paired with a scrambled omelette and fried potatoes. The buttermilk pancakes were just alright; you could probably find better elsewhere. Overall a fairly good brunch. Bonus points for seeing about 10 Wisconsin football players come in for breakfast!
