Came to the diner today after driving all morning to a ranch to pick up meat. My son and I could have had dunkin on the way, but instead, we waited just to come here. Been here before, always a good meal. Today, another excellent late breakfast. Our server, Robin, took excellent care of us, the food was excellent. The bacon, literally perfect, crispy and melted in my mouth. If we lived closer to this diner, we would definitely visit more frequently than the occasional times we get to come. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not my first visit here, but definitely my first horrible experience! The “manager” Amanda was walking around when I arrived complaining about something that happened saying how somebody was going to get fired and everyone needed to meet her in the kitchen. Understandably that had nothing to do with me, but that was the vibe when I arrived. After checking my pickup order I was missing an item. I brought it to her attention and was told well, we don’t have any, so I asked what can you substitute it for? We went over the options and she was rushing me to make my decision. I asked for a refund since the item I ordered was unavailable. To which her response was no there are no refunds, we offer a side as a courtesy and if we don’t have it then you don’t get anything. What kind of explanation or response is that to a customer that you shorted? I feel for the workers that have to deal with her incompetence as a person in charge of this restaurant! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My son wanted to take me to this place. He used to frequent here with his mother, who is no longer with us. He's been asking me so today we went and it was such a wonderful experience being there with him and listening to his memories of him and his mother...the atmosphere was very nice...not crowded or loud. We arrived there around 4:45 pm. The service was very nice and our servers were knowledgeable and congenial...Thank you Ms. Emily and Mr. Tyler, our servers. A job well done. But honestly, my praise goes to the chef/cook. I have NEVER had pancakes so nice and fluffy like I experienced here. I took a bite and WoW! I told my son, "Son, this is REALLY GOOD" and Thanked him for bringing me here. It was a really good time. A very much needed father/son time. I'm glad my son chose this place and by the way...my son is 11 yrs old...I recommend this place HIGHLY! Everything was a job WELL DONE! Kudos PARK22 Diner!
