I took a chance today and decided to switch things up from my usual stop next door, and I am extremely glad I did. Super Chicken delivered some of the best Peruvian chicken I have had in years. Having traveled to Peru myself—spending time along the Pacific coast and later working in the eastern region—I have experienced authentic Peruvian cuisine firsthand. The moment I took my first bite, it immediately brought back memories of those traditional flavors. The chicken was perfectly cooked with that unmistakable charcoal-roasted flavor, incredibly juicy on the inside with a beautifully seasoned exterior. The sides were outstanding, the sauces were authentic, and everything tasted fresh and prepared with care. What impressed me most was how true the food felt to the Peruvian dining experiences I remember. So many restaurants attempt Peruvian cuisine, but very few capture the balance of flavor, seasoning, and simplicity that makes it special. Super Chicken absolutely nailed it. If you're in Reston and haven't stopped in yet, you're missing out. This place has earned a permanent spot in my lunch and dinner rotation. Outstanding food, outstanding value, and a genuine taste of Peru right here in Northern Virginia. Five stars without hesitation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

4.2 / 5 is spot on. Good meal. Nothing fancy. I usually skip anything under 4.3 anywhere. But I don’t regret my late lunch today. Walked over from the hotels, but I notice a lot of locals coming in. Place is a kind of sit down (no dishware, just takeout containers) but a lot of takeout. It’s a fresh rotisserie Peruvian style chicken place (spices and smoke flavor), that has a “hot table” with all the sides. I had a wonderful lunch. Whole chicken: from the drawer and hot and tasty. Sautéed spinach and potatoes (only 1 potato piece), but almost like a creamed spinach. I mixed it with all the chicken in a bowl and some mash potatoes. They are a bit rough around the edges but worth a shot. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I checked out your profile and find that you take the time to be discerning and honest - and I know this is quite helpful to many and your honesty has me wanting to check out the places you've reviewed. We pride ourselves on good and affordable food and you are right - a bit rough around the edges - especially that location. Muy bien, very good, chicken was yummy yummy cilantro rice was good too and the guy working with the blonde hair tips type is cool too I like his hair and how he handles the chicken ohhhh yeaaaa will be back thank you ! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
