Place has good food. But the staff is rude every time I go there. Not sure what I did to deserve such attitude. I’ve never complained, I’ve never had words with them, I’ve always been polite. But they really don’t like me for some reason. It’s absolutely bizarre. I feel like I’m trapped in some episode of Seinfeld, and this is all due to some strange misunderstanding. Or who knows? Maybe they just don’t like white people. Again, great food. Service is horrible because they’re not friendly to me. And they’re blatant about it too, meaning that they want me to know that they don’t like me. Which makes for an awkward and annoying atmosphere. Precisely why I don’t eat there much anymore. I used to eat there once, sometimes twice a week. But no one wants to frequent a restaurant that doesn’t want their business. So now I eat there once in a blue moon. Man, I have to wonder, how many other customers catch the same attitude. If I owned that franchise, I’d fire the older staff immediately and retrain the younger staff, with a heavy emphasis on customer service. My dad always gets Super Chicken Rico and I tried it for the first time tonight. Ngl I was skeptical at first but I ordered the shrimp skewers and their fried plantains…. I’ve never had shrimp that was so juicy and tender and really well seasoned and their plantains are super delicious!!! Now I see why my dad likes it so much!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
