We strongly reject this accusation. A 500฿ note was given at the time of payment. Shortly after was claimed that a 1,000฿ had been handed over instead. As per our standard procedure, our staffs have to show each banknote and verbally confirm the amount before placing it in the register to avoid any misunderstanding. When the concern was raised, our staff immediately offered to review the CCTV footage. At that time, they chose not to check the footage and continue to sit and finish their drinks. Only after finishing the drinks did they return to demand money again. Our staffs proper procedure. If anyone truly believes a crime occurred, they are welcome to involve the police. We have nothing to hide and fully stand by our team.
