Surma Indian takeaway in stevenage High Street, is by far the best tasting Indian cuisine I've ever had in my life !!! . There prices are amazing & the quality of food is unbelievable.. Told my friends how good Surma was but this time ordered online and the experience was awful. Spend £30 & get a free side dish - added a side dish & the discount wasn't applied so said I would pay cash. Phoned Surma to confirm I wouldn't be charged to be told I would be as I had added it to the order. I was told to cancel my order online (no facility to do so) & re-order putting the side order in as a comment which you don't see until you check out!! Had to call Surma again to be told they had cancelled my order! That said the food was good value but not on par taste wise with previous orders.
