I had been going to this place since it opened, but today they disappointed me. It has lost all quality, it is terrible. Since the place is small, there was a line that took a long time. I decided to order takeout so I didn't have to keep waiting. I approached a waiter and he told me to place the order at the machine, for which it is mandatory to use the bank card, he told me. After placing the order, the same waiter approached me about 10-15 minutes later to tell me that one of the dishes I had ordered was not available to take away, something that cannot be explained because it was sushi, it doesn't matter whether you eat it there or take it with you. . I decided to cancel the order because the dish that interested me the most was that one and it turns out that, since I did it by card as they themselves require, I must wait until Monday for the money to be refunded. They neither refund it in cash nor for bizum. They force you to make the payment online and then to return it you have to wait days! It is also not explained that the takeaway menu at the place has so few options, that they leave out their best dishes. In short, an excessive delay, a very small letter to carry and, to top it all off, they take days to return your money when there are many payment options at the moment. Such bad attention is inexplicable! The only thing that saved me from this terrible experience is the waiter, who was attentive and tried to help, but his boss never offered an option to a customer's problem. It is disrespectful that no solution or alternative is provided for the problem that the business itself creates. It's something that totally depended on them.
