These were the worst rolls I have ever tried. It’s hard to even call them rolls. It's been about two years since I ate sushimi dishes, during the pandemic it had been my last order since in the establishment that was by founders I had ordered a chicken teriyaki that turned out to be contaminated by other proteins, from its smell I can tell that it was fish And from there we complained, asked for a refund and they apologized. Some time later it closed, the truth is that it's good because they almost poisoned me alv. We had stopped going to this place located in Plaza Pajarita because of that same experience we had and we were afraid it would happen again. But one day at Superbowl I said I want sushi and the closest thing there was was this one, we ordered several combos to pick up that included a roll: cordon blue which was the one I ordered, breaded shrimp and chicken teriyaki. I must say that it was very good, I enjoyed it as it should, not bad, I would only order it again if there was nothing else or if I really wanted sushi specifically. The service was excellent, the two workers who served us very well, although I still don't like the atmosphere of the restaurant, it is a bit harassing and you can notice the envious vibes between waiters. The prices are somewhat high. Dietary restrictions: Of course, I recommend sushi in a balanced diet, it has all the supplements and macros you need.
