Came here for brunch on a Sunday while we were staying in Richmond. Sweet P’s is a cute little restaurant in downtown. Service was great - our waitress was super attentive and friendly. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. Would highly recommend this place. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We started our Very Richmond Day with Brunch at Sweet P's. Delicious, great service and really made my 7 yo feel special and grown up. We started with Peruvian Chicken Fries and a delightful guacamolesque dipping sauce, she got chicken fingers and fries and I had biscuits and gravy with fried potatoes. Great experience! I had such a great experience at Sweet P's RVA. I ordered the French toast and honestly devoured it (it was that good)! The bacon was also surprisingly one of the best I've had in a while, which I did not expect to be the standout but absolutely was. The service really made the visit even better. The staff were kind enough to make me an iced tea even though it wasn't on the menu, and they let me grab a seat at the bar since all the tables were reserved ahead of time. Small gestures like that go a long way. It did get a bit noisy once it filled up, but that's pretty expected for a smaller, popular spot. One thing I really appreciated was the transparency, they clearly let me know a 20% gratuity is automatically included, which saved me from accidentally tipping way more than intended.
