Absolutely pathetic service! Rude customer service. I ordered a crepe and this is how I received it! A total waste of money...and they call this 'nutella crepe'...amazing! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The crepes are pretty good, so is the ice cream, the pancakes and waffles are alright but the service is horrendous. I don’t remember a single time I’ve been served my food quickly and I’ve been here many times. Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but it gets to a point, all the staff just sit and talk and even if you call in advance and request them to start preparing your food early to prevent unnecessary waiting time they will not listen and will only begin preparing the food once you’ve arrived and paid which can be very inconvenient. There were no other customers yet I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. And the background music was too loud, making the atmosphere not as relaxing as I’d like.. and again the staff were just vibing to the music and talking loudly.. no problem with having fun at your workplace but I think they should keep their customers in mind. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Sweet shack has to be the best dessert place . Although Ive only ever had their crepes through delivery (“ strawberry -tella “ ) and yet to actually go and sit down there . I would so recommend this place ! Thankyou for making such good crepes each time I’ve become so addicted haha. Food: 5 Service: 5 Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
