i used to look forward to have my favourite ice cream at Swensens back from my childhood days right up to my adult days. Since I come from Seremban, it's definitely a treat to come up to KL to pay a visit to Swensen's to have my favourite Sticky Chewy Chocolate ice cream. However, today I was very disappointed with the order I received. The overall outlook of the ice cream shrunk in size but not the price of cos. A once upon a time rich chocolatey ice cream full of whip cream and hot fudge and chocolate chips was the opposite today. The scoops looked so small, the whip cream was just a tiny bit on the top and there was just a drizzle of hot fudge that I have to ask them to add more because that's how the ice cream was supposed to be served. I was really looking forward to indulging my favourite ice cream especially since I'm currently pregnant but alas I was met with much disappointment. I hope that this once famous ice cream parlour will keep up to its standard and name or risk losing loyal patrons like myself and even my mum who has been a frequent patron for years too. As you can see in the pic, I had the same ice cream back in 2018 where it was so rich and full while today's one looked miserable in comparison and that too after asking for more hot fudge to be added.

Was recommended by my bf and their desserts are really the bomb I wasn’t the least disappointed although it was pricey but well worth it
