We used to love this Swig. But the last few months it’s gone downhill. I’m done paying $12+ each time for drinks that are supposed to be flavored. Not just taste like normal soda or water. We’ve also caught them multiple times not putting all of the ingredients in the drinks. Like the new fall water is supposed to have strawberry puree in it and it doesn’t. The waters are the biggest waste of money. It just tastes like water. I’m done paying for overpriced drinks that just taste like regular soda. If I wanted that I’d go to the gas station. Then on top of it, most of the new employees are rude. From rolling their eyes for no reason, to being mad at me because they gave me the wrong order. We’re done going here. Don’t waste your time or money. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Y'all need to do better with getting orders correct. Asked for a diet drink, got a regular. If y'all want to reimburse me for the insulin I've had to use for y'all's mess up, let me know. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Swigs good in general so three stars. Didn’t fill my drink all the way and my sister ordered fresh lime (says fresh lime on the receipt) and she just got lime syrup.
