I had a very disappointing experience at the LOFT theater. The cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were far below expectations. Before the show, there were signs indicating "cleaning in progress," but it was difficult to understand what was actually being cleaned. As soon as we entered the auditorium, there was popcorn scattered all around the corners near the entrance. The theater seating areas were also not properly maintained, and there was water near the seating table area, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The restrooms were another major issue. They were not clean, and in the women’s restroom, most of the stalls were marked as out of service. It was unclear if this was due to actual maintenance problems or they just didn't want to clean them all that late in the night, but leaving so many stalls unavailable created a poor experience for customers. There was also a clear lack of communication between staff. The front desk told us that coffee and tea were available, but when we checked with the restaurant/concession area, we were told they did not have them and they asked us to check to see if we can order from the seats which we did. Basic information like this should be consistent among employees. For a late-night show, I expected the full theater experience to still be available, but many items were already sold out or unavailable. For eg: Popcorn section didnt have caramel and other options when the menu said they have caramel, salt and vinegar, chili and butter. All they had was butter popcorn. The staff also did not seem very welcoming or customer-focused. Whats the point of keeping late shows when most of the things are either not available or sold out. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in cleaning standards, staff communication, inventory management, and customer service. A theater experience should be enjoyable from the moment you walk in, and unfortunately, this visit fell far short of that expectation.

Clean and nice movie theater! Went to watch The Odyssey. Service was great. They have caramel popcorn and other variety of flavors as an option which is not very common for movie theaters here! Sadly they were out when I went, but next time for sure I will try!

Before you go to the lot, beware, today was my first—and definitely my last—visit to THE LOT City Center. Once we sat down, the excitement vanished. The tray tables were sticky and dirty; good thing I always carry sanitizing wipes. I placed an order for food, popcorn, and drinks. About ten minutes later our meals showed up, but the popcorn and drinks never came, the food was very cold like was left on the counter somewhere i could imagine. After half an hour I pressed the call button again. A different server showed up, acted annoyed, and brushed off my question about where our order was—meanwhile people who came in after us were already eating, they gave no attention to us at all. With no answers, I left the theater mid-movie to speak to a manager, which never wanted to talk and the blonde woman in the front also was not helpful, I work in a busy job too we have a cleaning company, and I know customers come first if you want them to return, they definitely just wanna take you money and not provide any customer service. Cold food, dirty seats, and rude service at all times, aren’t worth premium prices, neither they have discount on tuesdays for the movie either, so wrong, avoid this place if you wanna take our advice.
