Bonjour, très déçue de la qualité du café ( très dilué) en plus après réclamation du ticket, on me répond qu'il est perdu

I have only discovered them recently, when I saw someone walking with a tray and what looked like an actual coffee with an actual good sized and shaped cup (a bit long, oval, good quality ceramics), being a coffee lover I went to try with high hopes but tbh given how hard it is to find one actual f good coffee in Rabat, I wasn't expecting much... to my surprise! Now I drive here from quite far just for their coffee. And its really fairly priced. Today my son and I tried tgeir croissant and orange juice and it was really good, and for 31 dhs. Well done Tinos! ------ Adding that after talking to the staff, I learned why their coffee is so good : they were Italy trained ! An actual team from Italy came here and trained them for coffee making. They use Manaresi coffee, before they used Linos coffee which is really famous, but cannot afford it now maybe after the convid crisis. There IS an art of making coffee. I hope more people can support this local business and that maybe they can form partnerships in the future inchaallah. I am sure a lot of people in Rabat are looking for a good coffee but do not know where to find it.
