First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you and your son had during your visit with us. My name is Tyger Barros, and I am the General Manager here at Ta Co. After reading your review, I completely understand your frustration and embarrassment regarding the mix-up with the food order and, more importantly, how the situation was handled afterward. Quite frankly, this is unacceptable, and it is not the standard of hospitality or communication we strive to provide to our guests. While mistakes can happen during busy shift changes, especially with multiple to-go orders being handled at once, the way this interaction was handled should have been met with patience, professionalism, and clear communication from our team. I am especially disappointed to hear that you felt ignored and uncomfortable after trying to do the right thing and immediately alert our staff to the issue. Please know that I will absolutely be speaking directly with both the bartender and food runner involved so we can address what happened and ensure situations like this are handled properly moving forward. I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback because it gives us the opportunity to improve.
