I’ve tried to give this Taco Bell many chances, but every time I pay for something extra like a Baja blast Freeze in the deluxe box or asking for extra sauce or something, I don’t receive them. You get charged for those things and they always mess it up. I asked for extra nacho cheese on my crunch wrap this time and there’s none, I swear all of the employees here just want to mess with all customers. Let alone very unprofessional and all of them seem miserable. I always come to this Taco Bell because it’s down the road from my house, but it’s coming to the point where I’m going to drive further so that hopefully the Taco Bell’s nearby aren’t the same experience. It's actually pretty mind blowing to me that a person taking your order in the drive-through would just start randomly adding items to your order that you didn't ask for. When I saw the price of what I was ordering for two meals, I just initially shrugged and said that fast food is getting too expensive. But when I actually got home and saw the receipt, they were throwing extra items on my order charged me for it and though they got the all the items correct, I didn't ask for several things. They charged me. The woman read back my order and excluded these items. I got food I didn't ask for. I will never go to this location ever again.
