I drive all around the state and this is probabaly the worst Taco Bell I have seen in a long time While in the lobby full waiting for customers waiting for my Togo order managers are yelling at employees saying they don’t want to see her face where other customers had to say something. All three items I ordered as well are made terribly if it wasn’t for the nice people of Beloit would have been a complete disaster of a lunch break someone needs to train there management staff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in and ordered 2 crunch wrap breakfast meals. The first one was a steak and it was portioned incorrectly took it back up to the counter and the manager/employee said it was portioned but remade it anyways after arguing about it. The second order was California crunch wrap and not even 2 minutes of receiving the food it very cold to the touch absolutely no warmth to it. I had left the building to my car and noticed I did not receive my receipt text for my order. Went back in and asked for it the same person said she could not find it which I know I had put my number in. Also as I was waiting to get my receipt another customer had walked in as the other employee was taking another order in drive thru and clearly used profanity in front of me and the other customer. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment and I'm very unhappy with how I was treated. Normally I understand how things can be stressful but the fact that the employee had such an attitude towards me for no reason is completely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. First my husband went inside to get our pick up order which was originally drive-thru but the line was long. When he went in he was completely ignored asked if he needed something and was trying to tell the manager Lucy the it was a drive-thru order and she completely ignored him and told him to wait. Don’t ask someone if they needed something then brush them off. Secondly the entire staff that was work 05/30/2026 around 6pm was making fun of an older couple who could not hear thru the speaker phone and had to drive to the second window. Absolutely awful for these people to be treated or even talked about like that. Well we ended up going thru the drive-thru I asked for a receipt and apparently know one knew how to get the receipt printed. As well as I asked for the managers name explained what she did was wrong and rude with how she treated my husband she not only slammed the drive thru window shut she called him an asshole. Food is cold and both drinks taste like seltzer water no flavor at all. I already went home and have no desire of going back. Overall experience awful and the manager needs to be fired. If this is the staff you keep around then by George good luck. I’ve worked customer service and understand the frustration but never once have I ever called a customer an asshole. Manager Lucy needs to be permanently let go and everyone needs to be retrained. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
