Me and my mother recently visited this Taco Bell location, both of us anticipating a satisfying crunch wrap supreme to scarf down after a long day. Much to our dismay, our high expectations were quickly diminished. Firstly, both of our crunch wraps had very little filling. I felt like we were primarily eating a tortilla with a hint of taco ingredients inside. Skimping on quantity is never a good business practice; it always backfires in the long run. Secondly, they were all out of nacho fries! Now, I'm a firm believer that no fast-food place should ever run out of French fries. It took us by surprise to hear that a simple, high-margin commodity product like French fries were not available. To further add insult to injury, they were displayed on the menu as an appetizing display, further teasing us in our puddle of disappointment. Running out of fries ultimately reflects a lack of preparation on Taco Bell's behalf. Thirdly, the only dessert item available was cinnamon twists. Again, yet another food shortage. I was really hoping for a larger variety of desserts to choose from. I mean, at least more than one, you know? Furthermore, I would advise Taco Bell to strongly reconsider their AI voice ordering system. Nobody wants to order food from AI. It struggled to comprehend basic English, and we eventually had to be transferred to a live employee anyway. Lastly, I ordered a diet mountain dew, but they never pressed down the "DIET" tab on the lid. Because of this, I had to confirm if it was truly diet. I hope this experience is not indicative of their future standards. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I love Taco Bell. This one got remodeled a year or two ago so it's really nice and clean inside. Everytning is automated with lots of TV's you can order from so the wait is never long. I'm not crazy about the drive through though because it's ai and not a person so sometims a little weird. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered two tacos and potatoes on line got there after 15 min waited another 30 minutes for 2 tacos in store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
