Do not get the dirty drinks. Ordered for pick up. My soda had been sitting there without a lid for a few minutes (I saw it when I walked up and they take a while to get to you) once I remind them I had a drink they grab the milk (also sitting out on the counter). The milk instantly sinks to the bottom and looks slimy. Clearly they don’t practice proper health and safety standards. Dairy should be kept in the fridge and if it needs shaking prior to pouring then that should happen. The customer service was fine otherwise. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime we come here and order... its 99% wrong. Charging (20 cents) for salsa packets and not putting them in a drive through order is so basic. Don't make it a point to tell us its an upcharge and not put it in the bag. Sarme drive through employee, every time. Do better! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This taco bell has the worst customer service I've experienced. Today marks the third time I've been shorted on an order and I should have known better than to leave the store without double checking everything in the bag. I got home after a 12 hour shift, start handing food to the family and find that they shorted us multiple food items. I call to get a refund and let the family eat my portion and they answer just to hang up. I know they're answering because I can hear voices when it stops ringing and immediately hangs up. I'm not going to drive across town for a couple missed tacos but it would be great if they would at least take the call and make up for their mistakes. I'll go the next town over the next time I want taco bell Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
