Horrible preparation of food to start with. Literally just threw the food together put it in a box and served it to me. I’m disappointed in the way there is no care at all for people’s food. Yes I can always cook at home but it’s rare I eat out and literally every time I go to this location it’s a problem. I just give the the benefit of a doubt only to be disgustingly disappointed every single time. There is no contact number for them but I will be calling corporate in the morning regarding this matter especially after paying that large amount of money for that ridiculous food. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Pulled up to order was asked to hold on So I sat there for a long time. Finally, she came back and asked what I’d like to order. I asked about a price. then she required. Are you gonna order something or not? I said yes 4 those burritos. How much i replied she said pull up. I replied hold on. while trying to see if I had enough money then was told they was not going to take my order that they were calling the police for not pulling up when I was not finished 2:00 pm today very unhappy with the service today, wasted my time, sitting there and gas Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was in a motor-coach so we parked and walked to Taco Bell. We started ordering on the kiosk inside and was told the dining room was closed and we could go to the drive-thru or mobile order. I told her we were in the motor coach and ask if I could walk up to the window and get my food and she said no she said I could place a mobile order. I walked out the door and started ordering on the mobile app. An employee was walking by the door and I motioned for him to come to the door so I could ask how I could get the food if I could not go to the drive through and he asked the same girl that told me the dining room was closed said no. I was very disappointed in how they handled this. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
