I am 100% a fan of the Taco Bell Franchise. I live in Santa Catarina and I had to drive more than 9 hours to get to enjoy Taco Bell products that we don't have. I requested some pepper to add to the tacos and burrito. But unfortunately the girl who served me wasn't even kind enough to help me or sell me the extra pepper sauce I needed to season the food to my taste. On other occasions, I visit other Taco Bells here in SP and I never had this problem. Anyway, at the end I told her that the service wasn't very good, and without respect she responded with sarcasm that thank you very much. A feather. One for the franchise owners, who make a huge effort to bring different food and the management is the employees do not make even the slightest effort in customer service. I have never had such a long wait at a fast food restaurant. We spent more than 40 minutes waiting for two simple combos and in the queue we saw people waiting longer than us. The servers don't stop for a second, they don't talk to each other, they are super focused on making snacks, but it's clear that the place needs a bigger team to handle in-person and Ifood orders. Dear businessman, I suggest hiring more employees or changing branches (from fast food to slow food).
