Horrible experience went through the drive-thru 1150 they must close at midnight I wanted to get a soda and a snack I pull up to the window and the guy talks so fast that you cannot understand a word he says I then say what and he repeats it even more confusing rambling his words together I told him I cannot understand him and to slow down he which he does but goes right back to speaking so fast you cannot understand him he was obviously playing a game I tried three times to get my order and he continued to speak so fast and Mumble and run his words together on purpose it was truly impossible to understand him and he was playing a game I pulled up to the window and there's six guys there. They're obviously wanting all to go home cuz none of them are doing anything and they're all standing at the window I said where's the manager and he said he was the manager I said whoever is operating the window obviously doesn't want to take an order and I thought it was ridiculous to be having a mind game played on me obviously they wanted to shut down for the night and didn't want a last order to come through 10 minutes before closing apparently I never hardly go to Taco Bell in Centerton but this was my one experience and I might have gone back and been a repeat customer but after this I don't think I will ever go there again. I told them if you don't want to do your job and you want to play mind games on someone then you need to find a different job Service: 1

Dude everytime I order from this location, I get 10 fire 10 Diablo and 10 of the new jalapeño citrus salsa(which is $.25) and they always forget to put any sauce in my bag. Its sofa king annoying! I literally can't eat their food without the sauce smh.I worked at tacobell in high-school, I always put a handful of sauces in the bag. We get a million of them a week. Come on!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is the first Taco Bell. They always mess up orders ad have 80 year old employees alongside stoned teens. Even using the app they can’t get it right and work on orders out of turn. Always a 30+ minute wait. They only care about door dash orders and I always see drivers waiting and leaving early to get other orders out first. Food is fine if it’s hot and your order is complete.
