Very rude management. Order time showed ready at 4pm placed at 3:50pm waited to come in until 4pm. Stood at the counter being ignored until 4:10pm asked about my order and was yelled at by an older lady with brown hair and glasses with no name tag that it isn't ready yet, they had a call out and I can just wait my turn. I was never rude or raised my voice to deserve that treatment. This place used to be great but now I wouldn't recommend it. This was August 22 2026. After the woman told me they were short staffed she spent the next 10 minutes talking to somebody she knew in the lobby instead of helping her team. Really poor management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Kid-friendliness: Language being used makes it not kid friendly.

My girls entered Taco Bell in Cherokee @ 8:50 pm on Sunday July 19, 2026. They ordered from the ordering computer. One order of cinnamon twist came out fast. The other order which was Bf Grld Chz Burr, no fiesta strips, and with extra rice, seasoned fries with a side of nacho cheese. I waited in the car for 20 minutes. I watched car going thru the drive thru coming in and going out. I finally went in and ask the girls if they had ordered yet. Yes was there reply. I stood there for a while and a guy came up and ask me if he could help me. I told him I was waiting on the girls and had been sitting outside for 20 minutes. He mentioned it to the staff and they looked at me. I stood there another 10 minutes and finally ask them how long it was going to be. There was a girl working that kept looking back at me and finally looked at one of the bags sitting on the counter and handed it the girls. It had a time of 9:08 for pick up. Peyton got the bag at 9:20. And this is not Brooke. It’s her Mom. Do better Taco Bell in Cherokee. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
