So at 4:22 p.m. today I ordered through the drive-thru and they forgot my sauce like they always do so I went inside and I slipped and fell workers saw me fall getting up and everything didn't say a single thing didn't try to help me didn't do anything at all. If this was a senior or anybody else luckily I didn't break my leg or something but it hurts a lot My wrist hurts a lot my knee hurts a lot probably going to go to the hospital and yeah I cannot believe workers just completely ignored me I looked him right in the eye as I fell and got up and they just stood there doing nothing All because they forgot my sauce and they don't have slippery when wet signs when it's out raining they should have signs out probably a bunch of people's wet shoes everywhere and yeah I fell and nobody cared Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hate to be that person but this place has always gotten something wrong or missing from my family’s order, even during late nights where it is barely busy or empty. For how many times my mom has came here and ordered for our family which is usually 30-60 bucks, there’s always one thing wrong or missing and it’s getting to a ridiculous point. We had ordered 12 cinnabons and there were 2-3 missing from the bag, we ordered a few burritos that we asked for no sour cream and they came with sour cream (which I would understand if they kinda forgot?) but then we ordered another night for our usual 12 cinnabons and they forgot it on our 60 dollar order, and my mom was having a horrible day today and just wanted to get something for herself. She tried calling to tell them and they didn’t even pick up the phone at all. (It’s also very frustrating because we live in Darien and they’re in Delavan so by the time she gets home and checks it’s too late and she had to drive all the way back. I would understand checking the bag before leaving the area but we shouldn’t expect something from our order to be missing. This has happened multiple times by now, they’re good employees but we even asked one of the workers one time to make sure everything was in there and he said it was and it was still missing something so we had to drive back through and tell him. Please double check or at least reassure yourself that everything from the order. My mom stormed in there tonight because it’s so ridiculous that this specific tacobell forgets at least something EVERYTIME we order. I love you Tacobell but please double check or reassure that everyone’s order is actually correct!) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Literally 95% of my orders at this location have been wrong in some way. Missed items, wrong ingredients, etc. I'm done with the Delavan Taco Bell. Just do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the Mukwonogo store, they almost never screw up. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
