Me and my girlfriend decided to order Taco Bell through there app for delivery. Upon delivery half the order was missing everything was greasy the baha blast was clear and tasted like chemicals. This came from the Poughkeepsie 12601 location. We didn’t realize this and called the Fishkill location. The man Adam who answered the phone was super nice and understanding. He told us to come down for a refund. When we showed up we showed him the receipt and he explained that this came from the Poughkeepsie location and not them. We were not surprised because we have never had bad food from the Fishkill location. Even thought the food didn’t come from them and wasn’t there mistake he still gave us a full refund 2 new drinks & even a free taco card. We really appreciate him for going above and beyond to help us out! Thank you Adam! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is by far the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. The service is incredibly slow; I waited 30 minutes for my order, which completely defeats the purpose of "fast food" (keep in mind I had a small order for only 2 people).To make matters worse, they forgot my drinks entirely. When I asked for them, they still managed to give me the wrong items. The customer service here is unacceptable, and management seriously needs to retrain and re-evaluate this entire team. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a burrito and asked to substitute the beef with potatoes because I am vegetarian. Instead, I was given beef. This is not a small mistake to me. I have never had beef in my life and for cultural and personal reasons this is a very serious issue. What if I had eaten it without noticing? I’m honestly extremely upset and disappointed that such an important dietary request was ignored.
