Filthy. Wasn't even busy and no was cleaning anything. The drink station was overflowing and dripping on the floor and all the drinks were out of flavor or not mixed properly. Too way too long to get my cold food. This place should be shut down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After receiving our order, we found that multiple items were either incorrect or missing from our meal. I was very disappointed with the way the staff behaved. When we approached the counter to fix our order, we noticed that several other customers were experiencing the same issues. After waiting, we were never even helped. It was a terrible experience overall, and I recommend going to a different restaurant. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hooksett NH location Day shift is friendly and gives good service, night shift is another story. On the night of April 8th my husband and I went through the drive through and we were shorted an order of nacho fries. We weren't offered a receipt so I had nothing to reference when I filled out the complaint to get my money back for the fries. Tonight April 24 we went back, there were 3-4 employees standing around outside and when we got our food we were again not offered a receipt and this time we were shorted a chicken snacker and a biscuit. It was upon discovering this shortage that I realized the manager never followed up to my complaint from the April 8th visit. Y'all owe us a large nacho fry, a chicken snacker sandwich, and a biscuit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
