Placed a mobile pick up order..it was done and ready on arrival. Took forever for one of the 6 team members to approach the front counter- help3d one person, then turned to go back doing another task. Had to call out to get my food. Food was prepared well. Order was accurate. Price was reasonable Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Nothing irritates me more than a restaurant franchise that won't give a chance... I drove a semi across country for a living with my family onboard...guess what? Hungry teen. So I pull up to a taco bell, park my semi and go to the front door, it's locked, I knock...they ignore me. So I approach a car making an order at the drive through, offered them cash to buy my hungry boy food....across the mike, "there's a guy out there try to give you money for food...don't take it or we will cancel your order" The rage I felt that this business wouldn't even speak with me made me think out loud...FINE! I will drive through, knowing the damage my vehicle would physically do to their structure....but I was the bigger man and walked away... boycotting Taco Bell forever.... This review isnt specific to the Inverness location...and I took the free burrito and immediately deleted the app. Fix your system, appreciate your customers, because the rage I felt was, "FINE! I got it..." and wanted to drive my semi right on through.

Food was fast and good. Staff was scarce so friendliness was a quick smile as they called your name to pick up your drink cup or order. Dinning area was dirty. Only a few tables were clean. Condiment area was dirty and condiments low. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Crunchy Taco Supreme, Mexican Pizza
