Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had this issue at this location. I frequently come here to pick up orders, and the wait times are excessive. Many times the store isn’t even busy, yet it seems there isn’t enough staff to handle orders efficiently. This affects both customers and drivers who are left waiting. I hope management takes steps to improve the service and reduce wait times. Meal type: Other

Staff were nice but took FOREVER to make our food (and it was TO GO). We went to the counter several times to check on our order (and others orders were picked before our) but girl seemed overwhelmed with her work. She just walked away from us after we asked our status on food order. As we were waiting at the counter, watching her make orders, she was making our nacho fries, and ate a few fries as she was putting our order together! I should have asked for a discount!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Nacho Fries
