A group of friends and I came here to get food around 10:30-11 PM, we were unaware that they were "closed" because they were actively serving people and said nothing to us when we walked in. A friend who had already ordered walked out with another friend, and when they came back they were locked out so we let them back in and honestly this is when we experienced such horrible treatment. One of the workers came over and started shouting about how he was "generous" enough to let us in after they closed, which if they had just told us they weren't open we would have left!!, and he yelled at us saying we can't just let people in. We tried MULTIPLE times to explain that they had already ordered and he would not listen to us until my friends boyfriend came to say that they in fact ordered. That treatment was disgusting, we were paying customers and I was beyond appalled at how I was spoken to, yelled at to the point I was almost in tears because of how embarrassing this situation was. If you are not actually open until 1-3 am, you need to change your hours because we did not deserve that treatment.

I dont see why this is rated so low. I've been going here for 30 years and the experience has been great. I rather go here than the one on yosemite parkway. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

DO NOT COME HERE! I have no idea what happened tonight on February 7th after 12:15am but this was the worst service I have ever experienced at this location. I love Taco Bell but not after this. I don’t ever want to come back to this place or eat Taco Bell after this experience. I only ordered one item and the line took forever and they refused to take more than 2 mobile orders even though we had 3 mobile orders for one car. They need to post somewhere if that is an actual policy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
