Happy Saturday everyone!!! I decided to stop at Taco Bell on main Street in Nashua for something quick and simple, for as I am going out to dinner with my wife early evening today... So I just wanted something quick to throw down, I pulled up to the drive-thru ordering menu and a young lady came on and asked me if I was ready.... I was not, I was still looking at the menu trying to decide on a couple of items.... Within a minute she comes piping back up on the speaker asking me the same question, I politely said I am not and the speaker went quiet.... Within 30 seconds she piped back up and ask the same question again.... I said no I am not.... Are you in a rush? And her reply was yea.. I am( mind you there was no one in line ahead of me or behind).......ok....so at that point in time I just decided to leave.... I don't usually give bad reviews about any place.... And yes I've eaten here before.... It's been a while and after reading multiple bad reviews.... I can see why....poor customer service Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by this establishment on 4/13/24 and thought I'd get dinner. So wrong!!! When I walked in stood back and took a moment to look at the menu board. When I decided what I wanted I moved close to the register so they would know I was ready to order. A man walked in and walked around me and shouted the name of the order he was picking up and someone grabbed it right away and then proceeded to go back to making food. There was another employee emptying the trash right next to the counter I was waiting at and he completely ignored me. So I guess you have to use doordash or grubhub to actually get food at this place and just yell a name to get any kind of service. I waited for a moment before I decided to leave and of course had to find something else for dinner. I'd stay far away from thus place unless you like to yell at people to get your meal. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was no cashier. someone yelling to use a kiosk. Not all items on kiosk customers have to yell for help. Wait time for food was about 20 minutes. Very understaffed. Taco and burrito was good when I got it. Nacho chips old and stale. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
