Extremely disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained. There was urine on the bathroom floor, making the area feel unsanitary and unpleasant to use. On top of that, several employees were rude and unprofessional when I tried to ask questions about my order. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed and dismissive. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and customer service was far below what I would expect. Between the cleanliness issues and the poor treatment from staff, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location to others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst food I’ve ever had. It took over an hour to get our order, and the employees were rude the entire time. The manager had a nasty attitude, and so did the female employee we interacted with. I would not recommend going here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A very average Taco Bell. Staff does not ever seem to be in a good mood. They never remember the extra avacado salsa that I order($.20 extra), and I ask at the window every time(I know, I need to check before I drive away). Worst part is Taco supreme, and Doritos loco tacos are over $3 a piece and the Doritos tacos ALWAYS have a broken shell and all the tacos are always a mess by the time we get home. I get that prices are what they are, but Taco Bell as a whole could try a little harder to at least provide well put together food. I might just start driving from Powell to Billingsley Rd. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3
